COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the Sports Performance course is to provide students with the opportunity to learn and apply training principles through theory and practical work. Students will also be introduced to the psychological, philosophical and sociological aspects of sport. This option course is for students who are interested in working to improve their overall fitness over and above our regular physical education courses. (5 credits) Course is offered in Period 0 (AM) or in the timetable.
