COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This Grade 9 option is designed to expose students to a variety of lifelong activities. Students signing up for this course should be prepared to participate in some form of activity every class. Some of the activities may include: bowling, broomball, billiards, skating, curling, indoor/outdoor games, horseshoes, tennis, and cycling. Students are required to complete 5 hours of volunteering as part of this course. This course can be taken in addition to Physical Education/Health 9.
