Phys. Ed. 10

Physical Education 10 will offer the individual an opportunity to expand their interest in physical activity as an essential component of an active, healthy lifestyle. This stream of Phys Ed is recommended for students looking to foster a healthy active lifestyle. The focus of Phys Ed 10 is to expand and develop skills and interest in many different activities. Students in this class should be looking to continue taking Phys Ed in grade 11 & 12.
