COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to introduce students to the science of Mindfulness and share simple yet powerful practices and strategies to improve overall wellbeing and performance. Students will investigate and explore the merit of mindful practices' and the impact on the brain and physical body. Students will develop a personal practice focusing on ways to manage stress, build resilience and bring their full presence to their daily interactions.
