K & E Science 96

Science 96 aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for further education and careers in many fields of scientific study, employment, and trades. Through hands-on inquiry, students will also explore the questions and issues that arise from the everyday application of Science in their lives. Units of study include: Biological Diversity, Matter & Chemical Change, Environmental Chemistry, Electrical Principles and Technologies, and Space Exploration. Students who successfully complete this course will have the opportunity to take Science 10-4 in their Grade 10 year.
