Green Certificate

Grade 10 -12 students can earn 16 (30 level) credits. Upon completeion of the program, students will receive a Production Technician Certificate through apprenticeship-style training on a farm/ranch offering one of 11 career-specific specializations (Dairy, Equine, Cow/Calf, Feedlot, Field Crops, Swine, Sheep, Beekeeping, Irrigated Crops,Poultry, and Greenhouse). Students need to have their own placement in one of these 11 specialty areas. Students are asked to complete a minimum of one test per year at Olds College. They will also need to complete the AGR3000 pre-requisite module in order to receive credits int his program. For more information, contact Mrs. Rudolph.
