COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In Foods 30, students explore more advanced aspects of cooking, like yeast bread, food presentation, mastering complex soups and sauces, hosting gatherings with food, and getting creative with baking. Students will also have the opportunity to select some of their cooking labs in this course. Foods 30 is all about taking cooking skills to the next level and getting ready for exciting opportunities in the culinary world.
