COURSE DESCRIPTION:
In Foods 20, students continue to build on their cooking and baking skills with fun and interesting lessons and recipes. They'll learn the fundamentals of how to make bread, soups, and sauces, discover dishes from different countries, and create delicious cakes and pastries. Through hands-on activities and trying new recipes, students get better at cooking and gain insight into flavour choices and cooking styles from around the world. Foods 20 is all about enjoying cooking while gaining valuable skills for the future.
