Contemporary Ensemble 9

Contemporary Music will be introduced to the art of composition, arranging and improvisation with an emphasis on performing music styles of the last 50 years, which may include pop, rock, R&B, jazz, funk, and other popular music genres. This class is open to students who sing, along with students who have experience playing electric guitar, acoustic guitar, electric bass, piano/keyboard, drums, trumpet, trombone or saxophone. Students interested in audio mixing and running audio equipment are also welcome.
