COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Matter, energy, equilibrium and systems are the major themes of Biology 20. Students will learn about the human body as an example of a system and will study anatomy and physiology as they consider the exchange of matter and energy through this system. In addition, students will look at a larger scale system, the environment, during the ecological portion of the course.
