Éducation Physique 10 (FRIM)

Éducation Physique 10 will offer the individual an opportunity to develop an interest in physical activity as an essential component of an active, healthy lifestyle. The course will offer the following activities: aquatics, dance, fitness, games (team and individual), gymnastics, and outdoor pursuits. In some of these activities, there will be required theory components. Students will also be required to complete a CPR module.
